For Boys

1.  Look to men's fashion for inspiration. Recreate classic looks using button down shirts, sweaters, corduroys and modern athletic shoes.

2.  layer to add sophistication to a basic pieces. A Long sleeve t-shirt can be the foundation of a great outfit . add colourful golf shirt or short sleeve shirt on top. Mix item wuth different lenght so you can get more impact. Pair layered tops with baggy jeans.

3. Vintage looks can be especially modern today. Look for zip up hoodies, converse sneakers and courdoroy for some of the best item that can make a young boy's wardrobe great.

4.  Invest in a few high quality item that gets alot of use. Brand like Ralph Lauren, Polo, and Tommy Hilfiger make stylish boys item are timeless. Consider a khakis to wear with it.... it will look great..

3.  Invest in great shoes, such as embellished sneakers like Adidas and Nike or sparkle shoes .

4.  Add accessories that make a basic outfit really stand out. You can transform a basic turtleneck and t-shirt by slipping on a fur vest, fur-trimmed boots and a few strands of beaded necklaces. Look for inexpensive extras like these at  our shop ( mykiddiehouse)

What a Day.....

It is a exausting day for me today....bringing the girls to shopping!!!! So much thing to do and so much thing to buy..... I think i've read about this tip somewhere that I experienced it myself today... "if u wanna go out shopping with ur kids u must bring along some tidbits and water from home" if not u will end up buying unnessesary thing for them. Like today i have to buy Soakin Ted ( 1901), mineral water, Sweets, Sundae (Mc d) and alot more. When i total up  everything it is almost RM 50.   The RM 50 ringgit that i've  spent for those unnessary thing i  should buy something that is important. One more thing u must have a List of grocessries that u want to buy so that u will not go far by buying unwanted goods...Huh... what a day............

Tips to Dressed Our kids stylishly

It's never too soon to start grooming your little one on the basics of dressing well. The good news is that it's easier than ever to do so, since there are a wide variety of styles available for toddlers and young children. Keep in mind that the most stylish options are often miniatures of current adult clothes. If you want to help your child's style stand out from the pack, pick some fashionable basic items and then add trendy accessories to take the look over the top.

For Girls

1.     Look to the women's runways for ideas. Many trends for little girls are inspired by the latest trends for adults. Consider the shape of items, such as skinny or wide leg jeans, full skirts and long, slim tops. Also look for layered pieces, jumpers, sweater dresses and tunics. Some of the adult designers who also make clothing for kids include  Ralph Lauren, Zara Kids, and Calvin Klein. You can find some of  these items in my shop here in Labuan....

2.     Find practical items that look and feel good. Tunic* tops and leggings, polo dresses, velour* sweat suits, jeans and t-shirts are easy-to-wear in all sorts of settings and can be dressed up or dressed down, making them very versatile. Shop at my shop we also have Gap Kids, Old Navy and the Children's Place for items that can be worn in multiple ways.

Velour* - a velvet like fabric of rayon, wool or any of several other natural or synthetic fiber used for outerwear
tunic *- Upper garment extending over the skirt to the hips or below
